The Regional Vision public input opportunity has opened up through an online community survey. The vision planning process is a comprehensive, inclusive and forward-seeking effort to build regional consensus on the future of the Quad Cities. This survey is an opportunity for all individuals to provide feedback about issues and opportunities facing the Quad Cities and present their vision for our region.

Fish Iowa! Workshop Rescheduled

Trout Release - Friday, March 20th - West Lake Park Gate 1
Come out for the fun as 2,000 rainbow trout will be released at 10:30am at Lake of the Hills. Be sure to have your license, trout permit and appropriate gear. Iowa rules and regulations can be found on the Iowa DNR website. If you would like additional information give us a call at: (563) 328-3280.
Plant Some Shade Tree Program - Pick-Up Day - April 23th 4-6pm
The Scott County Conservation Board is pleased to announce that Mid-American Energy Company customers in Iowa are eligible to purchase a variety of trees for $30 each (the remaining cost is funded through a Mid-American grant). Purchase is initially limited to 2 trees per household and advanced purchase is recommended as there are a limited amount of trees available. Order forms should be mailed no later than April 16th - only checks are accepted - no credit card or cash orders. Below is additional information along with the variety of trees available and the order form.
