QC Disaster Readiness Conference - April 7, 2015 -REGISTRATION IS OPEN

The second annual Quad City Disaster Readiness Conference will be held April 7, 2015 at the Bettendorf Waterfront Convention Center. Please visit the link below to view the conference brochure. The conference is FREE but CEUs will be available at a cost of $10. 

 


Plant Some Shade Tree Program - Pick-Up Day - April 23th 4-6pm

The Scott County Conservation Board is pleased to announce that Mid-American Energy Company customers in Iowa are eligible to purchase a variety of trees for $30 each (the remaining cost is funded through a Mid-American grant).  Purchase is initially limited to 2 trees per household and advanced purchase is recommended as there are a limited amount of trees available.  Order forms should be mailed no later than April 16th - only checks are accepted - no credit card or cash orders.  Below is additional information along with the variety of trees available and the order form.
